ok, i do understand what you are saying, i think it has to do with the search system on the skindex website it self and how the words key into others, that is why original and good skins get less views because people cant find them easy and that is why skins with certain words like you mention and like the one my skin is named as, people find it more because those words are what comes up on a search, i dunno if that is the real reason for all this but i do think it contributes to it, maybe you have to re-word some of your skins so they have key searched words, so more people find them ? i dunno but i do know for one thing that the way you find skins on the skindex should be looked at again and also altered.

THanks for the feedback and supporting my comment, but I wrote the last text at a bad place on a bad time (Off my computer) and meant to say that this and some others simply threw my understanding of what becomes the most popular off. Several skins become the top just for having derp in it, yet many skins like this are original, yet my just as original skins do terrible (the only skin to break the 100 barrier was a red "corrupted" version, which was a semi parody of my previous skin designs)

People love the same thing, people love getting what other people have, doing something different is always hard especially when you want other people to notice it so you got to do two things, one, what ever you do make it look good, two, be different/do things different constantly to get known. I never like trends they always get in the way of the good things, thanks for the positive feedback, when you make your own skins look at what people like the most in minecraft skins and try your best to match that liking but still doing it in your own way, your skins do look awesome btw :D

Looks nice :D However I fail to see how a trend with simple skins becomes popular, while this skin breaks that trend, while my skins that do he same fail.
