This is NeonBot 2 Codenamed Jake. He is a Prototype Neonbot that is unfit for Missions due to his problem. he receives orders incorrectly. because of this, Jake is unable to go on Missions and he had his weapons and Order Responder shut down. but he has a sad past and is too sad to go outside
