Noore, king of Lorae City, is the father of Prince Odis. He governs and watches his citizens with pride and honesty. Noore has the Spectrum power, enabling him to summon spectral weapons, such as longswords or crossbows. One day, he'll pass his powers to his son, if the time comes.
