- life can be really tough sometimes, sometimes harder than most. but it’s good to look for the silver lining, how tiny it may be. -
^ so when you feel bad and hate yourself, the world, someone you know and someone you don’t, take a breath. ^
< make sure to take care of yourself, let that be taking a bath, a shower, drinking some water or eating your favorite food >
: or if you can, talk to someone you care about, watch your favorite show, play your favorite game, stand outside and look at the sky. :
all i’m saying is, take care of yourself, love yourself, for you are beautiful, strong, and an amazing person who deserves every breath of fresh air.
