well i basically just made the dress first, and then put a little template of that pinkish white stuff that swirls around her feet, then just picked colors between the pinkish white and the dress colors and placed them in the shape i wanted, kept doing that until it was fully blended, and shaded the rest of the swirly stuff as well :p
