yeah thats where you select the hue, but thats not called a hue shifter, its called a color wheel

ive been skinning for 5+ years and i know for a fact that u should be using colour changer and bucket tool
i use them ALL THE TIME when making skins.

i understand the auto-shading is definitely not something to be used, but the rest is VERY USEFUL

so i would say that the only tools in the skindex editor you should be using are " pencil eraser color
picker redo and undo zoom in and out and mirror" so you don't wanna use " bucket tool color changer and *shutter* hue shifter" and I would also try shading on paper to master it
