Thomas Stront took another breath. It was cold night. One of the many he had spent awake. He had a dream. Nightmare, someone might say. As he sat onto the exterior chair and grabbed a pair of binoculars, he immediately noticed something odd. Few meters from the main gate, just opposite his balcony, none of the lights have been on. There was also no sign of the night patrol. "Carp." He cursed under his breath. Immediately, he reached for the radio, while moving indoors, wasting no time to inform Cap. Flea. "Control room here Sir, what do you need?" voice of the operative on the other end said. "Grab your weapons and sound the alarms. Night patrol has been compromised" Thomas said. After putting down the radio and changing its frequency to contact Captain Flea, it suddenly crackled to life. "Well well well...O'Kiran" voice of someone strangely familiar said. "I would put down that radio, if I were you". He froze for a moment. His thoughts were however, interrupted by a sound of shattered window and bright beam of light, which disappeard in a moment, landing in the wall right next to his head.
