Some people will discredit Jesus' resurrection because other characters in the Bible were resurrected (Jairus's daughter, Lazarus, etc.) or never died (Enoch and Elijah). But in reality, Jesus' resurrection is the most important because He never died, even after being raised from the dead; instead, He ascended into heaven.
Jesus' resurrection was also exemplary and promissory--meaning that one day, true Christians will be given perfect bodies just as Christ's was when He appeared to His disciples; and Christians will also ascend into heaven.

In summary, Jesus' resurrection is a promise of what is to come, and we should never forget it.
