1. genderbending IS allowed, i lovelovelove genderbent characters so do as you please (can change many aspects of the design as necessary)

2. you can change the outer layer to your liking!! (especially hair)

3. small parts of the design may be changed eg skirt length but please dont change too much - keep it recognisable!

4. hue shifting, tinting and whatever you need to do to shade it in your style is 100% allowed

5. you can add any little things eg stripes on the leg warmers if you wish and im not too picky about it lol

6. due date should be 15/04/2025 d/m/y (15th of may 2025)

7. please tag your skin with "PMFRC100"
