Using a character creator skin as a base, I recoloured Steve's pants and shirt, as well as made the sleeves longer, and turned it into a V-turtleneck. I then edited Noor's shoes into loafers with gray soles, and, finally, used the hair from this skin by SomebodySpecial ( https://www.minecraftskins.com/skin/23150224/steve--jack-black-/), drew a new face on it, and gave it a mullet. This is the final result
