Ooh I like the dark, neon theme, even if the dark colours do blend a bit and make it hardtop tel what everything is.

My main question is what are those dark spots at the front of the helmet supposed to be?

With that out of the way, I love how you made certain parts of the design glow, like the soles of the shoes, the ends of the shorts, and the dial at the back of the helmet. It's not always super easy to make those bright colours look good, but you definitely did!
