RULES:
- you can do literally anything, just needs to be RECOGNIZABLE (hueshift, lightsource, genderbend, etc)
- add outerlayer (i only do some for emphasis)
- dont change the colors insanely (tints r A-OK !)
- SKINDEX RULES (no using bases,copying,etc)
