Well, peeps, since 'I'm back', I started thinking.
Like, actually.
And I came up with this....
AN ANNOUNCEMENT SKIN CONTEST!
I know, I know, I'm weird. But bear with me!
I think an announcement skin contest is in order!

> make a pixel art skin, which includes an exclamation point at least

> I love horses, so keep that in mind ;)

> deadline is February 28 (extendable)

Prizes Include...

1st place: a follow (if I've already followed you, suggest a person whom i could follow), a place in my bio, 10 pages of likes (may need help with this) a skin or base request (optional) and of course, your skin used for my announcements

2nd place: a follow (same as above) 5 pages of likes, and a skin or base request (optional)

3rd: 3 pages of likes and a follow (same as above above ;)
