Explanation On Hue-Shifting:
Hue-shifting is an advanced way of coloring, lets say you want to hue-shift the color yellow, first, take a slightly more orange-ish yellow, then do a way of shading that you would normally do, continue this pattern as much as you want until it looks good.

How to Hue-Shift On Most Colors:

Yellow~Orange/Red

Turquoise~Light Blue

Light Blue~Dark Blue/Purple-ish Blue

Purple~Purple-ish Blue

Pink~Hot Pink
