BICON BICON BICON
Most high-ranking members of the Frostbright* Esteemed Royal Navy prefer to relish their time in the opulent courts and shining halls of nobility.
Commander Finnian "Duskblade" Lameral is different. He values his freedom - the freedom to sail the vast oceans, unburdened by the weight of politics - far more than the clandestine mansions and palaces of the affluent and powerful. Finnian sees beyond the gleaming floors and echoing halls; he knows that those truly in power do not hesitate to bare their teeth and brandish their blades at one another. They are no better than the marauders Finnian faces, merely hiding their treachery from the public eye.
Instead, Finnian finds solace in the camaraderie he shares with his crew - his family - and in their lively gatherings at a bustling tavern, or perhaps in the harsh, salty winds lashing across his face as he navigates the boundless waters.
*It censors when I replace “bright” with “watch”. Frost-watch (without the -) is the actual word. Frostbright is the continent.
NOTES: D&D character of mine that I'm really proud of. Yes the name is a Wynncraft reference. Expect more.
