Novik is an Argentan Scout soldier. The Argentan Scouts are an elite unit of the Argenta's military, the most elite soldiers being able to use specially designed power armor, similar to the power armors and power templates used by other countries special forces. Novik uses a large battle axe, enchanted with sharpness, and a bow with a power enchantment. He is a large Nordic man, and is extremely strong. In combat he kicks his enemies away and closes in with his axe or dispatches them with his bow. He wears minimal armor to be able to run through whatever environment he is in, as scouts are not equipped to sustain long engagements.
