Rose is a Nord Argenta Scout, the Argenta Scouts being a special forces unit for the Argenta Military. Scouts are often sent ahead of larger formations to lookout for signs of enemies, or sent on solo missions to find pillager encampments or bases.

Typically, Nords are most often employed as Scouts as they are generally very capable survivalists but also have the added benefit of being able to withstand extreme temperatures, making them highly effective for scouting missions, though occasionally other races can serve as Scouts as well.

Argenta Scouts are most skilled in ranged combat, though they often also carry a high-quality axe as well. They most often carry an enchanted bow, with flame or some damage increasing enchantment.

Rose most often uses her medium armor set, though she can remove the limb protection to be even faster in the forest and while running. Running is the most important skill for Argenta Scouts, as they are generally alone, and their mission is usually not to prolong combat.

The most elite of Argenta Scouts are inducted into the Argenta Rangers, which have the same mission objectives and tasks, though also are trained for further tasks as well.
