Jakon Garflin serves for the Ground Force, one of the four branches of the M.C.C. and is a "Most Bestest" soldier, so he has joined the CNG as well! The green name plate stands for his post in the GF which is in The Great Forest. The silver "medal" on the right shoulder stands for his rank as a CNG, and wears it even into battle, as all GF soldiers with the rank do.
