A significant amount of time has passed since I uploaded my last skin, despite a number of ideas still in my pipeline. I haven't been back on much and wanted to share the main reason why.

Ever since people first began showing interest in my skins (which I really appreciate!), many of them have repeatedly been stolen and reuploaded, with countless others being barely discernible edits or recolours with no credit, often claiming the designs are "original". I absolutely understand and welcome that people will use or edit the skins of others, but I was never aware of the scale it happens. Even today, if any readers search "sculk", "skulk" or "warden", you can still even after almost 2 years find examples of the above.

Frankly, after seeing and dealing with this for so long, it became very saddening. Skins are not just skins to me, they are artworks that I've invested many hours into, and seeing them treated such almost completely killed my motivation to continue.

That said, I have always intended to come back and at the very least complete my little storyline. I may resume soon, but will probably never make skins again afterwards.

Thx for reading, happy skinning to all

I love your skins because of how unique they are and I can pretty surely say I would recognize one of your skins if it was shown to me. Ily
I am glad you feel that way, my aim was always to share a unique perspective on the game lore and an aesthetic to match
