Younger brother of Margaret "Meggie" McToll from L-Corp. Security Force and (formerly) passionate musician, Francis is someone to not mess with. His energetic character and eagerness made him quick candidate to enlist. However, after first training he fell behind, but with help from the others and psychologic tests passed training and is currently awaiting assignment to the Team-I, team made out of final candidates of the Barret program. After it finishes, successful candidates will be assigned to the corresponding group.
After numerous attacks from the X-Corps (during which he instead of seeking shelter sprinted to the Lieutenants) he gained unwanted attention of superiors and support from the already included Barrets. His most notable one was, when along with Matthew "Traktor" Sokolov used an abandoned KaF-HI Heavy Agricultural Tractor (H.A.T.) as an escape vehicle during field training.
They received critique from the Instructor, but praise from Knight.
Since the Raid of Base 1, his progress of inclusion remains unquestioned..
