100 positive comments! even though it may seem small, they really make my day better <3

i know i say this a lot, but contests!! reshade, palette, recolor, themed, all of those give you something to work with!
another idea i would have is pinterest! find outfits and ideas and try and recreate them or put you own take on them :D
also, and i'm slapping myself for doing this slightly out of order, try setting up requests! the people who send them in will give you specific features while still letting you have space to keep your style.

Finally, what goals would you set for someone who is lacking in motivation to try and boost it?
for those who lack motivation, just know that it's okay to take a break when you need it! there's no one who actively depends on your skins for entertainment and that your mental and physical health should come first. if you really wanted to make skins, you could try anything i mentioned for Q4. ;)

If someone is apprehensive about trying skin-making for the first time, what would you tell them?
assuming it's because they're afraid about the quality of their skills, i'd say that no one starts out with an incredible talent at it. i'd also recommend that they look at other's shading styles first to get a grasp on how they want to shade, and start simple with their own take on it. (with credits ofc)

also, there are tutorials on youtube! i personally used Jingles' tutorials and it helped me alot, first following hers and slowly finding other ways to develop my own style.

If someone is wanting to make a skin after a year-long break, would you convince them that doing so is a good idea? If so, how?
ooh, as someone who has done just that, it's totally a good idea if they wanted to. it's a chance to come back with an improved style and also have more interaction with the community!

If someone is displeased with the outcome of their skin, what would you tell them?
i'd say that one skin doesn't matter, and that no one would go around and criticize it. even though there are negative people on this site, i've never seen anyone make rude comments regarding the quality of a skin. There's always a chance to make the next skin better and improve!
