I wanted to go for a cold and serene appearance, much like a porcelain doll. As I made the blue dress she appeared closer to a maid to me :^)
I wanted to try to simplify my coloring a bit more from last time; I definitely had to learn how to make the outfit using multiple references but it certainly helped! Keeping the legs and arms simple while including the doll joints was tough, but hopefully it reads okay!
