Remember that it's OK not to feel OK and there's others who are going through the same and that there are treatments for depression, so It's not hopeless.
If others have made it you can too <3
It doesn't matter how slow you go as long as you don't stop.
And if today all you did was hold yourself together. I'm proud of you. :)
And if you feel like you need it seek help. Even talking about your problems can help your mental health.
