So in a finish the skin competition, the host of the competition makes a hair base or an outfit base.
The contestants finish the skin by adding eyes, skin colour, etc.

In this case it’s an outfit base so u have to make the hair :>

Rules:

*Must put a link in this skins chat, the link to the finished skin.
*must be made by December 10th AU time, December 9th US time (I can tweak the ending time if requested)
*u r aloud to slightly change the colours and change the shading to ur style (tho don’t change the colours too much.)
