Mvnecrqft and I did/are doing the quote “Life is not about waiting for the storm to pass, but learning to dance in the rain” and the person who said it is unanimous to me
So basically it’s a water themed base

Also, sorry D,: I’ve never done a base before and I wanted to try it out- this is what came out

Uhm- I made the outfit like this because the rain is there for you and you can let out your feelings to it <3 (tears as well)
