- HOW DO I CHOOSE WHO WINS? I simply go to one of those picker-wheel-websites and enter the usernames of people who join and spin the wheel so it's completely random.


- RAFFLE USAGE If you win, you can only use this for a full skin. For example, you can't just reupload this/make this into a ob and upload it. You must shade this and use it in a full skin. You may enter for front, back, or Both. If both, please state preference. You will not be able to win both.
