So, my first contest! Yeah I don't really know how these work lol, so this has rules that may differ from normal rc's so please read them all!

- You can modify the skin, like adding accessories, but make it recognizable, and keep a blue theme in there.

- Please know that I will not be ranking it based on complexity of shading, it will more be based on uses of color and just how much effort you did :).

- Don't yell or get mad at me if you don't win :)
