A notable member of the Ru'eil, Raa'vil expanded the territory to a savannah biome nearby, and managed to claim a Pillager outpost to make a base out of it. He uses an iron sword instead of the traditional stone sword as a sort of rank up, and was blessed by Ra'nul himself to gain his own unique tailored outfit. He currently stands in front of his own transformed watchtower, overseeing nearby operations and managing the team of Ru'eil that accompanied him.
