Thoma was raised in an experimental facility where he grew up as an experiment along with his best friend. Both of them were sold to all for one. This is where the two of them were raised to become killing machines. All for one gave both of them two extra quirks, in order to make them perform their duties better.
QUIRKS:
superhuman: all abilities and senses are enhanced. for example super strength, speed, sight, smell, ect.. ULTIMATE MOVE: allows him to enhance the quirk of those around him for 10 minutes. this does not work on himself.
ADDED QUIRKS:
ClockWork: allows him to manipulate time, being able to temporarily freeze it. By touching somebody with his pinky while time is stopped he can unfreeze them. He can only stop time for 3 minutes and a half otherwise his drawbacks are bigger. DRAWBACKS: Nausea from time catching up. after the 3 and a half minutes a migraine will form. if he holds out for 5 minutes his nose will bleed. longer then 10 minutes will result in bleeding from the eyes and ears.
