The Navy Leader is the King of the Navy Steves. The Navy Steves represent wealth. The Navy Leader is considered to be the richest Steve in terms of resources, minerals and other valuable artefacts collected from historical places in Steve history. The Navy Leader is an excellent military strategist but he is also someone who is quite posh and sophisticated. He is formal, respected among many Steves and a merciful ruler. At times he can be shallow and sometimes a little bit selfish but overall he is a decent king. In terms of power he would rank above the Yellow King but his people would rank below the Yellow Steves. The Navy Leader is the weakest of the Neo Chrome Steves. His powers along with the other Navy Steves include weather control, ice powers and the ability to control water and the seas. Similar to Ocean Steves.
