Some of the Blue Steves moved to the physical World, they changed into the Cyan Steves, who would soon have the trait of Magical Arts, their bodies smoothened out after a living in the overworld for a while, they lost all connection to the Spirit World, there's a rumor if they go back into the Spirit World they'll become Blue Steves again, or they'll become unkillable Blue Steves. But all that's just a rumor.. Right?
