Question 3 - How much work do you think it takes to manage a team?

Answer - I think managing a team is hard, especially if your team isn't understanding. The leader of the team would have to make decisions to help their team mates, but some people might want something different. I know from experience that the team leader will feel bad and feel like it's their fault if the team fails or doesn't cooperate well, so the leader actually has a lot of weight on their shoulders, showing that is IS hard to manage and lead a team and takes a lot of work to make the team strive and work hard so that they can succeed.

Question 2 - What makes a good team?

Answer - A good team is full of people that listen to each other, and don't get angry if things don't go their way. They should also help each other and help to come up with ideas for the group and actually work hard. The team doesn't necessarily need to have any special skills, but they need to be able to respect others and be kind and helpful so that their team can strive.

Answer - A good leader needs to listen to their peers and understand them. They also need to use other people's ideas as well as their own. They need to have good leadership skills too, which means they should be organised, kind, understanding, good at working out problems and other things too!
