This is Katagawa Jr. One of the bosses from borderlands 3. He is the owner of Malawan, and was at war with Atlas, trying to take it over. This is when he was in the Zero Suit, pretending to be Malawan Zero. Also this is a Contest Entry for ElegyRH8. Hope you like it!
