The Girl of Many Floods has had a tough life, from being born a twin, to her parents chagrin, being banished for causing floods because of her difficulty controlling her hydrokinesis, to homelessness, to
her brother being kidnapped...it's not been easy.
She's shy and sweet, and surrounded by friends and admirers though, so it's not all bad.
Idk what to put for that so yeah good enough lol.
