Kathy is M. Bison's 24 yr old niece. She has SOMETHING to do w/ Vega but nobody knows what it is. She usually cries herself 2 sleep. Her parents are dead so she lives w her uncle. Bison taught her MAGIC when she was twelve and to this day she can see ghosts. She is an only child.
