I had finished my afternoon zoom classes, and I walked into the kitchen to find Mika, sitting next to my coffee. Well, what used to be my coffee. She looked at me with happy, little, innocent eyes and meowed.
Alright, I said. Who did this?
She stared into my eyes with her little yellow ones, and blinked innocently. She seemed to say, Did what? She hopped off the table and bounded away before I could catch her.
I sighed. Cat: one. Me? Zero, I muttered as I cleaned up the spilled coffee.
