A little while ago, on the hermitcraft server, mumbo jumbo created the button basically it was a machine that had a health bar and a button you could press to reset that health bar, the closer it was to dying the better belt you got.
Different hermits displayed the belt in different ways, as an example iskall changed the colour of his eye, Xisuma displayed it by a wandering trader cloak in the appropriate colour. Here is the green version
