This is an anime contest

Rules:
-has to be an anime character
-tag it with fumblz1
-Must have the name of the character somewhere in the description or skin title
-No stealing punishment if i found out that you stole. a skin i will report you
-you are allowed to draw inspiration from other skins but only if they have approved of you taking an idea from them.
-you can use an anime skin that you have made but only if its yours
-it can be from any anime just make it family friendly
