Fanskin for GamerRosalina! And also a lil bit of shading experimenting.

I decided to try a new style of shading, kind of, and do like, little squiggles on the shading? I don't know, hard to explain but if you look at the skin you'll see what I mean. It's also inspired by Paulia/btsugha (why is it so hard to spell your username paulia-) and Ren/KCbases!
