I miss the old youtubers, excluding PopularMMO's because for some reason I hated them as a kid. Why you may ask? idk I just didn't like them. Personally, my favourite old minecraft youtuber was Bajan Canadian himself- Stampy was also a good one along with Aphmau (i know she still uploads but in my opinion she isn't as good anymore)
