This is my first contest and I'm not exactly sure how to do it...but anyway... xD

This is a hair base contest! Design a hair base, and the winning one will be featured in a couple of my skins soon! I will also like several pages of the winner's skins and follow if I haven't already. It's quite open so you can do anything as long as it's a hair base! <3
