I made Ticci Toby! This isn't a request, and I wanted to do something for fun, so I decided to make this PRECIOUS BEAN.

Ticci Toby is a creepypasta made to be a proxy of Slenderman, along with Masky and Hoodie. In fanart, he's frequently depicted as adorable or weird. Sometimes he'll be seen with waffles in fanart (he's my spirit creepypasta!), or just annoying Masky.

Apparently he has a LOT of disorders, but one of them actually got him his name as Ticci Toby. He has something called Tourette Syndrome. It makes the person twitch their arm and neck, and those twitches are called 'tics.'
