So as you can see I added a shade darker to the spots mentioned in previous skin.

It's up to you on how much or how little you shade. For me personally I shade wayyyy differently than this but I'm simplifying to make it easier to understand. :)

To get the shadow color once you have your main color selected just hit the 'darken color' button to darken it. V helpful!

For me when I usually shade I like to think of where the shirt would crease on a body so like around the sides. Shade and Light is all about making things look more pushed back and other parts more forward - i hope that makes sense?

The next part would be to add the light. For me I will sometimes use 1-2 shades to lighten but again it's really up to you!

Have fun with it, shading is experimental.
