Heavy modification of Charlottewolf3's awesome Steampunk Girl design, but more to my liking. Went with short, dark hair and a kind of tailed tunic. My first try at editing a skin, so be gentle! I will go back in and try to even out some of the shading later, but this is sort of my first run to find out what I am doing, lol!
