The emptiness of the universe around her forced Meesha to be chilled even more. This was insanity, to fly to a rival planet and tell them they're at war! Her mind was swallowed by her hissing thoughts of terror. She pictured King Forgue on his tall throne, with his golden crown, as he perched high above Meesha. She imagined his kingdom being grand, yet smaller than planet Lockoth, for it was the richest of all planets. Meesha's fear only grew for her furture. Her hand clutched her golden strap, as her banner shivered with her. Suddenly, her glistening blue eyes caught a planet: planet Pash. What was Meesha doing... she was leading herself to misery, to perhaps a slow death...Her long wings pounded hard, no longer graceful, no longer free. They carried her quietly to the ground of planet Pash and there, she found something she didn't quite expect. The ground was pure gravel and dirt, o sign of plant life. Around her were burnt houses, the only ones remaining made of straw, incredibly

He waved his slim hand, and the guards nodded and marched away. 'We will, make you as comfortable as we can,' King Forgue declared, 'Feel free to make yourself at home.' Meesha nodded, and trotted away. The king snickered. His plan was working perfectly...
As Meesha walked away, she knew she had made a mistake... she shouldn't have declared war.

poor, innocent planet instead of helping them! What did he want? Abruptly, King Forgue's gaze was glazed with fear, sadness and anger. 'How long do I have? He questioned. Meesha, being rather young and having this as her first time, had, to be honest, no idea. So, she made it up. 'Forty-eight hours!' King Forgue looked up at her that was plenty of time... 'And I will stay until you make your decision!' Meesha added. She only wanted to know more about this kingdom. King Forgue grinned broadly.

lands!' He roared shrilly, yet his eyes still spoke of fear. Two guards entered the room. They had simple spears with no armor, and they watched Meesha intently. 'Yes, I am from the planet Lockoth,' Meesha stated, as she held her chest up high, 'and I come bearing a message from King Quath! He calls for war, and he will destroy you if you do not surrender your planet!' Meesha suddenly felt horrible for saying those words, and her gaze was coated with her emotions. Why would King Quath want this-

a tail that was the size of his body. Furgue's size was like any other peasant, which was amazingly strange for royal blood. He had red spikes at his tail, as they swung viciously at Meesha's entering. His legs were long and skinny: yet it was the same for all of him. The king's roar sounded more like a cough. 'K-King Forgue?' Meesha trembled. 'Who are you to enter my kingdom!' Hey eyed her banner, and his eyes widened with fear. 'Get out! If you're from Lockoth, you are banished from these-

Those doors, were shut. When she approached them, her hand pulled the handle, as the door creaked like it had never been oiled. She heard a loud, deep, and scratchy voice reply to it's opening. 'Who is it?! it bellowed. Meesha entered, when she saw King Forgue. He was also skinny, with no crown in sight. He was all black, with a red left eye, with his right one coated in white: he was blind there. The king had no horns, only one at the tip of his long, skinny head and snout. He was long, with-

riddled on the towers. It was completely black with no windows, just like the rest of the town... or at least the remains of it. Meesha no longer shivered and quaked with fear: instead, her heart felt immense pity for the kingdom. Yet, she kept going, her feet lightly touching the hard ground. The doors to the castle were open, and to her great surprise, she saw no guards. She kept her march towards the back of the castle, where she saw noted two massive doors where the throne room was kept.

weak and small. Meesha's heart dropped suddenly. Why was this planet so poor? She then eyed some dragons: the were skinny, depressed, cold... miserable. The young ones shivered aimlessly with worry as Meesha approached them. Their parents tried to defend, yet they were weak: to weak to do anything. They cried with fear when they saw Meesha's golden banner with King Quath's crown on it. Their eyes were pitiful, helpless. Meesha led on.
