There is also another solution that may or may not work better than skin commissions - because to be honest I don't think anyone really wants to pay for a minecraft skin. Try making videos on YouTube for example. They can be about making minecraft skins and they can also be completly anonymous, and you can just screen record and throw in some non-copyright music. I know that you need quite a lot of subscribers to get some kind of income, but with minecraft skins like yours it shouldn't be hard:)

That's a good idea and thank you!! I have done a speedpaint of a skin before, but it was a while ago and of a skin I'm not very proud of. I agree, it would be hard to earn money when there are so many people doing it for free that have amazing skins.

I was wondering if anyone would be interested in commissions (for skins, by me). I don't really have enough time to just do requests because usually a lot of people request and I need to earn money in order to pay for volleyball (so my parents don't have to pay it all), so please let me know if you would be interested in commissioning me if anyone you know might be interested, if you think the idea is good or bad, if you have any tips you have for me, etc.

I mean, people do it, but its not a major source of cash. Plus, theres a lot of jerks on the internet. You might not get paid when money is due. You should think about how you would get the money, and how this whole set-up will work.

Good point! I would have to figure out a system where we would both feel safe to not get scammed. A lot of artists do where they pay half of it before the artist starts working on it and then the other half after the artist finishes and sends it. It wouldn't be my main source of money for sure, but more like something I would do on the side for extra money and for fun.
