MaloryMars i just came across this one and found the rest and their awesome, but with the quitting Skindex you could probably stop doing it for a period of time. Then when you want to do it again you always have the option too, that's what i did for some time and now i'm interested in it again! Just know that you don't fully quit, you have the option on going back when you want i hope i helped you at least a little.
